We collect as little as possible. This page explains what, and why.

Visitor counter

We count visitors without cookies. For each page view we compute a one-way hash of your IP address and browser details together with the date. The hash changes every day, cannot be turned back into your IP address, and is used only for the online, visitor and page-view numbers. Known bots are skipped. Counter data older than 90 days is deleted.

Cookies and local storage

We set no cookies for visitors. If you use the dark/light switch, your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us.

When you claim a rank

We store the link, title, description, category and bid you enter, the coin you choose, the payment details (amount, address, transaction id) and your IP address. The IP address is used to limit abuse. Blockchain transactions are public by nature.

Service providers

• Hostinger hosts the site and serves it through its CDN, so it sees normal request data.
• PayGateNow creates checkout invoices and receives the amount, coin and our order number, not your personal details.
• Public blockchain data services are queried to detect that your payment arrived.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare) delivers the QR-code script on the payment page, so it sees your IP address when that page loads.

Admin and security

Our hosting keeps standard server logs for security. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about a listing you paid for, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to remove a listing. Write to contact@rankray.com. Payment records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
