By using TopSite (the “site”) or paying for a listing you agree to these terms.

1. The service

TopSite lets you pay in crypto for a ranked listing on a public leaderboard. Rank depends on the amount paid and can change when others bid.

2. Listings

You confirm that you own or are allowed to promote the linked site, that the title and description are accurate, and that the listing follows the rules. We review every listing and may decline, edit or remove one that does not.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are in crypto only. Send the exact amount. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed. If we decline a listing, we refund the amount received to the address it was sent from. A listing that has been approved is not refundable. Network and processing fees are not refunded.

4. Paid placement, no guarantees

A rank is paid advertising. We do not promise traffic, clicks, search engine rankings, sales or any other result. Links to listed sites are marked nofollow sponsored.

5. Third-party sites

Listed sites belong to their owners. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products or services. Visit them at your own risk.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated bulk claims, no attempts to break or overload it, no false payment claims.

7. Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by blockchain delays, wallet or exchange errors, or third-party services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the update.
